ERROR: tvapp-00326

Hi,

 

We recently began experiencing this error while watching shows on our DVR via the Roku Xfinity Stream Beta App. We found that other users had experienced this error in May 2018 with no resolution given: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Stream-TV-App/Error-tvapp-00326-Roku-playback-issue/td-p/3094069

 

I am hoping that ComcastChe who was the Comcast employee that seemed to take over the post has some more clarity on the issue and potential fixes. Or anyone who has insight on this issue.

We are experiencing the same error. Tried to reboot the Roku. Reinstalled the app. No resolution. Can't watch DVR playback
