Error TVAPP-00309

Every program I try to launch live or DVR I get this message. "This video cannot be played" and that code. Comcast support can't even tell me what that code means. Brand new Samsung smart TV was working until yesterday. Restarted uninstalled, reinstalled etc. No luck.

Today same problem but error has changed to Error TVAPP-00209, couple hours so far with support and no luck they don't know what the codes mean.

Error TVAPP-209,309,409 all related I spent 2 days on and off the phone with Comcast they know they have a problem but dont know what it is and dont have a solution yet.

Yea same here, i got it to work a few times by restarting the modem on the xfin app and cold restarting the tv. It would last until the tv would get turned off

I got a notification that they closed my ticket today but its still not working so I guess I have to start over with the hours on circular support conversations.
