(Error TVAPP-00203)

I am using Xfinity Steam on my computer in my home and on the same wifi as my home account. For some reason when I go to the ABC channel, I get the (Error TVAPP-00203) saying I need a Subscription to this channel. Not sure why I am getting this since I am subscribed.  Any solution?

Have you tried clearing your caches & cookies and logging back in also have you tried rebooting your internet connection as well to see if that clear up the TVAPP-00203 error?

I have tried both of these and they did not work.
