Error TVAPP-00101

Woke up this morning to find the TVAPP-0011 error when trying to use the Xfinity app on my Roku. Worked fine last night. Connected to my home wifi. Uninstalled and re-installed the app with no luck. Any suggestions?

Hello, @simonsfam5. You are at the right place to get this working again. Thanks for the uninstall/reinstall and then logging in again. We appreciate you trying that out. This specific error code occurs most often when the app doesn't recognize that you are on your home internet connection. Can you please check your Roku and ensure it is connected to your home network and not something else like the Xfinity WiFi Hotspot?

i have got the same error code although my Roku is working fine for other apps and is connected to my home wifi, but the Xfinity stream suddenly stopped working a few days ago.
