Error TV App-00114

Sorry, we've run into a problem.   The good news? We can take care of it right now. First, you'll need to sign out of your account. When you sign back in it'll be fixed. Ready? (Error TVAPP-00114)   Still have not seen a fix for this.  Stream worked fine for years on this desktop then suddenly stopped one day with this message.  The "experts"  were clueless  said it was on my end.  Nothings changed on my end!  Tried all suggestions, nothings worked.  Using the latest version of Chrome and flash.  Now  I'm getting this message:  

Please clear your browser's cache

would you verify you are using a computer to access the streaming web site? what operating system and what browser? are you connected to your own home wifi while the computer is located in your home and not using a VPN?

Using Windows 10 Pro a PC at work, not at home.  Getting this message on every browser Chrome,Firefox, and Edge.

Clearing Cache does nothing.

Good evening, . You're in the right place for help. Thanks for getting back to us on the device you're using and where you're connecting from. Is this happening with all content that you try and watch? Have you tried, live TV, DVR content, etc?

Same problem that recently just happened

Error TVAPP-00114 Using out of home desktop.

I believe Xfinity did this on purpose so family and or friends cannot access movies out of home any longer
