Error message says program downloaded on a different device
I downloaded a program on my phone to listen at later time offline. I have been doing this process successfully often. When I click on the program to listen I get an error saying that the program was downloaded on a different device. When I check my settings it shows that my device is the same as listed on the error message. Also the program does not show up in the download location.

Have you by any chance attempted to uninstall the application from your device and then download it again to see if that helps? Have you tried using a different device to see if you get access to this particular program you've downloaded?
