Error: Get ChannelMap
I've always been able to use the Xfinity Streaming app, however today I'm getting a message that says, "It looks like your plan doesn't include any channels. I also get the error message: Get ChannelMap. Have deleted app and reinstalled with TV off and router powered off 3x. It doesn’t help. Talked to Xfinity support. They recommended the app deletion and reinstall. Any suggestions.

I moved your post to the stream app area of the forum. on which device is the app loaded? is it a Roku? a TV brand's store app?
