Error: DrmSession.403-102

I am having the same Error createDr Session.403-102 issue. Unplugging the Roku and uninstalling the Xfinity streaming beta app and reinstalling it has not fixed the issue. I have a very strong wifi signal in the room. Please help!

Hey all, 

 

How did you uninstall the app? Please follow this exact order flow: 

 

1. Restart Roku 
2. Uninstall XFINITY Stream app 
3. Restart Roku 
4. Install XFINITY Stream app 
5. Restart Roku 

 

If that doesn't work, check to see if your Roku is connected to your 5.Ghz frequency.
