Error code TVAPP-00503
On Xfinity Stream on my Roku devices when I select a Recent Channel, I receive screen that says “Sorry, something is wrong. Please try again later.” with and error code Error: TVAPP-00503.
This started immediately upon changing my plan in store . No one in customer service has been able to help in over a week. Can anyone explain what is happening?

try unplugging your gateway/modem for 5+ minutes and then plug back in. then power down your roku or use the roku menu to reboot the device. working?
