Error Code TVAPP-00279

I can't watch anything on my TV app on my Samsung 4k TV. It keeps saying this video cannot be played. I read some other posts with similar issues and I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and that didn't fix it. Yesterday everything was working fine, today nothing. I've tried around 20 different channels so far, always the same. What should I do, besides not watch TV?

Hello, @meowsheep, and thanks for using the Xfinity Forum to find a resolution to this issue. I wanted to check in to see if you're still receiving code TVAPP-00279? If so, can you please verify the model TV you're using?
