ERROR CODE : TVAPP-00200

I would like to know the solution to resolving this issue.   So far reading the forum there is no solution or answer for this problem.   Please post solution to problem as it become available .  Thank you.

I kept getting this when trying to stream at home on my iPad. I finally remembered to check which WiFi signal I was picking up and my IPad had connected to my neighbors hotspot. Once I reconnected to my in home network the problem went away.
