Error code 57006

I’m traveling and tried to download recordings last night and today and keep getting “cannot create download::57006”. I’ve closed the app and restarted.  I powered my device off and back on.  Other platforms I can download, just not xfinity.  How do I fix?

I am having the same issue. In the UK, and can't download to my device-even with a VPN. According to the link above, one can only download in the US. Not sure why this is. Shouldn't matter where in the world I am, I pay for this service so should be able to utilize. Super frustrating and will look into another provider upon my return to the States.
