Error 57006

I’m trying to download my recorded shows onto my iPhone. Getting this error message:

Could Not Create Download :: 57006

Unfortunately, we're not able to download this program at this time. Please try again in a few minutes, or select another program.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled app and restarted my phone. It was working earlier today but quit working. I have plenty of storage on my phone. Any ideas?

Having the same issue. Frustrating as Xfinity has been having so many issues lately and they just raised rates again.

@user_2ny5kw I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. Are you on your home internet network when trying the download or at another location? Have you tried to clear your cookies for Xfinity, restart your device, log back in and try the download again?

The Xfinity stream app troubleshooter doesn’t have that error code.

@user_wpernf I am sorry you are getting this error message. Are you on your home internet network when trying the download or at another location? Have you tried to clear your cookies for Xfinity, restart your device, log back in and try the download again?

I can’t download either. This is ridiculous! Raise the rates and the service gets worst!
