Error 57006

I’m trying to download recordings but am getting this error message. What should I do to fix this?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing while trying to download some recording on our XFINITY Stream Platform. I would love to take a closer look at your account to see what is causing the issue. Can you please send us a Private Chat Message with your full service address as well as your first and last name?
