Error 500 Samsung Smart TV
My TV streaming has not worked since transferring to a new address. Multiple tickets, and many calls and they have no clue why. When I use my cellular with the streaming app it works, with the disclaimer that all services will work after my service is activated. I'm using the same personal modem that worked before transferring service to a new address.

My account also shows 2 routers, one of which I have already returned. I have also unlinked my other accounts per their suggestion.

No support from Comcast. 10 days without TV. I had to subscribe to YouTube TV to watch the Kentucky Derby.
