Why can I only see 50% of my DVR recordings using the XFINITY app on my ROKU?

you may have some older recordings on the home DVR that was limited to just 60 hours (now 150). the cloud DVR (that the roku accesses) sometimes has less room for recordings than the home DVR and removes older ones on the cloud DVR (only) as needed.
