DVR won’t sync to app

DVR not syncing to app. Have tried signing out and back in and syncing with home DVR.

We appreciate that you took time out of your day to reach out about the DVR syncing with the Xfinity Stream app. I am not seeing this as a known issue but have seen others reporting this recently as well. We run through our troubleshooting steps and open a ticket on your account if the issue is unresolved. Thank you for signing out and back in and well as for using the sync option. That is where I would have started too! Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app? Are you noticing this in a specific device using the Xfinity Stream app or have you noticed it on more than one device? (If you have more than one device that you use.)
