DVR Recordings - Video Freezes in App

I have tried several times over the past TWO PLUS YEARS to contact the app developer about this issue. While in the streaming app, the DVR Recordings video will freeze at some point while watching shows/movies, but the audio will keep going during playback.

Thanks for posting on our community forums, @Chele74ny. I'm sorry to hear about the Xfinity Stream App Recording issue you have been experiencing. We'd like to help get to the bottom of this. You mentioned completing all updates and signing in and out numerous times. We appreciate you trying that. Have you also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity Stream App? Is this happening on all of your devices or just one? If you use the Xfinity Stream Website do you have the same issue?

@XfinityDilary Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. This is happening on all of my devices. I do not use the website.
