DVR Recordings & Purchases Lost After Move
I know this has happened before for other customers, but no one I've spoken to at Xfinity seems capable of recovering my cloud DVR recordings and purchases after I made a recent move. I notified Comcast beforehand and asked multiple people to help fix this. But no one has helped.
