DVR content on my app

More than 2/3 of the recordings on my DVR are now not available on the app!  This is a new issue- I record via DVR then watch on my treadmill via my iPad. Why pay for this feature and storage if not functional?!! And I cannot get comcast to respond….

Hi there! Thank you for visiting our Community Forums for help with your DVR recordings. Are you still having this issue and were you able to view the recordings before? Are they deleted or do you receive an error when trying to access them?
