Download not showing returned on dvr

I returned a download this morning and it is still showing on my tablet but there are no downloads when you look.

Hi there, @Ctina84, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums. Are you still experiencing an issue with your download not returning? Have you completed any troubleshooting steps so far?

@XfinityValerie​ yes I have Uninstalled the app on my tablet then reinstalled it but it still says the same thing.  It won't let me delete it keeps saying it needs to be returned but can't because there is nothing in downloads

Okay, got it; thank you for sending that update over! Let's take a deeper look into your account, and get to the bottom of this for you. Can you please send us a private message, including your full name, and your full address? You can do so, by clicking on the chat icon, in the top right hand corner of your screen, and once you click on that icon, you should be able to search "Xfinity Support", which should then give you the ability to send us a message.
