Hello, @user_6e2b69. I can look into your download concerns further to help figure out what happened to it. Does the program show up on your DVR, just not watchable or does it not show up at all on the DVR? Is the program downloaded on any other device?

Similar issue on my Kindle Fire download. Returned to DVR but now can't delete from DVR because message says "has been taken to go on Amazon KFSUWI." It no longer shows on Kindle so no idea how to delete it completely.

@Keegy2 Hi there! Thanks for sharing your experience with the DVR issue. Have you tried to delete and redownload the Stream app on the Kindle yet to see if that can clear up any bugs?

I no longer work for Comcast.

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not resolve the issue.  However, I found a solution online that actually worked.

Steps for Managing Devices through the Xfinity Stream App

  1. Open the Xfinity Stream app, and go to Settings.

  2. Tap Manage Devices.

  3. To return downloads from a device, under DEVICES WITH DOWNLOADS, tap Return on the device from which you wish to return watched content so it can be downloaded to another device.

  4. A message will appear, asking: "Are you sure you want to return all downloads from this device?" Tap Yes, return to return all downloads.

  5. Devices currently streaming will be listed. If you’ve reached your streaming limit, you’ll need to stop playback on one device before you can start playback on another.

This worked great for me. I'm constantly running in to this issue, I'm assuming that a glitch occurred while returning, especially since it mostly occurs when I'm commuting, and constantly switching between cell towers. I would think that the steam system would be a little be more tolerant, or at least the device that the system thinks has the recording could, re-return. But at least this works, thanks so much for posting.
