deprovisioned and log every device out

Hi I need help logging my account out of other devices I don’t have, can you please help log all devices out of my account?

Good afternoon! Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums and for already changing your password @user_qh8c36! To sign out devices currently using The Stream website please:

Sign in to the stream website 
Click on the gear icon on the top right of the page.
Select “Manage Devices”

 

To sign out devices currently using the stream application:


Please click on the person icon in the top right of the app.
Scroll down to “Manage Devices”

 

These steps will help sign out devices currently using the stream website and app, however, there may be other devices that need to be signed out that are not currently streaming. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely assist with making sure all unauthorized devices are signed out.


To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
