Deprovision devices

can someone assist me with deprovisioning the devices on my account?  There is an unauthorized user logged in to Xfinity stream with my credentials. I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with 4 representatives and the last one disconnected me. None of them knew about deprovisioning. It was a total waste of time.

@user_c2c71e I am sorry to hear this has been your experience and that someone is using your login. This would be really frustrating. You reached the right team and I can assist. Since you said the login is using your credentials, have you reset your password? I would like to get your account pulled up so I can verify I am looking at the correct account as well. Can you please reach out through private message (by clicking on the chat icon on the top right of the page) with your first and last name, name on the account if different, and service address?

Thanks, Abbie.  I opened the chat and entered "ComcastAbbie" in the "To" field, but it says no such person exists.  It is not clear how I can contact you via chat.  Please advise.  Thank you.

@user_c2c71e I apologize, I should have clarified. You would send a message by clicking the Peer to Peer chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
