Deprovision devices on streaming app

I received 4 emails Tuesday stating new devices logged into my account. This was not me so I would like to have them kicked off. I changed my password and set up a 2 step login but am afraid they are still using my account until they are logged out.

have you created other usernames (email) on your account for others (like family members) to sign in to your account and use the services? you can go to xfinity.com and sign in and then go to account and then to users to see your current users.

I am the only “user” on the account so there is only 1 username and password.

call 800-comcast, select cable TV technical support, ask the associate to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to deprovision all of your streaming devices.
