I have been using the xfinity streaming app on my phone for many years without any problem until a few months ago. At about that time I was no longer able to access all the local network channels (NBC, fox, abc, cbs) unless i was connected directly to my home wife network. This was never the case before. I was always able to access all of these channels whether I was connected to my home wifi or not. It sounds like lots of other folks are also experiencing the same problem. Can you please advise, as this part of the service is the entire reason we continue to subscribe to xfinity. Thank you, Harry

Clicking “Browse TV Go Channels” button from the error message.
Applying the “Available out of home” filter in the grid using the Filters button.
