Constant Audio issues

All devices, all tvs. Non syncing of audio, audio fluctuations,  audio muting, etc. Must refresh channel every 5 to 10 minutes. Effects all channels. All other apps disney+, amazon, paramount, Netflix, etc have no issues. I've noticed this is constant complaint in help threads for over 2 years.

Hi there, @user_0cca4a, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums. I understand how frustrating and annoying it would be to experience audio issues on a daily basis. How long have you been experiencing this issue? Have you done any basic troubleshooting on your own, if so, what have you completed?
