CLOUD RECORDINGS not playing back

This last week has been nothing but ridiculous. Almost every show that I have set to record has had some issue where it will not play the whole way through. Most of them I can find on the demand. But Dr. pimple Popper‘s new episode I can’t get it to play and it’s not available on demand. I’m paying for this service. It’s not free. Get it fixed Xfinity.
