Cloud DVR not working properly - 1 missed, 1 late
I had 2 problems using the Xfinity Stream app to watch shows recorded on Tuesday night.
I tried watchig a show while it was still recording and it kept getting an error. I think the code was tvapp-00307. The next night, I tried to findthe recording and it wasn't listed on either the Xfinity app on Roku or when on www.xfinity.com/stream on the Internet. I checked my X1 box and it was still there.
I tried to watch another show recorded Tuesday night, but found that the recording started about 5 minutes late and included the first 5 minutes of the next show whether I viewed it either from the Roku Xfinity app or www.xfinity.com/stream. I checked my X1 box and it started on time.
Has anyone else seen issues like these or know a solution to get shows recorded correctly?
