Closed Caption Update

Are there any updates as to when the fix will be completed for closed caption automatically turning on within the app? I  saw an Xfinity response stating a fix would be done by 12/15.

Hi, @user_9qonij. Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are well today. I haven't seen any updates yet, but we can help troubleshoot further. If there was an update, it may help to uninstall and install the app once again. Have you tried any troubleshooting recently?
