Clicking on My Library causes the app to crash

I’ve successfully used the Stream app for two years. This past week it started crashing every time I click on Library. I read that corrupted or misnamed recording will cause this. I tired logging in on a browser to delete old recordings but I cannot get past the “stream” page.
