Chromecast symbol missing

Hi the Chromecast symbol is missing from my Xfinity Stream app it's very frustrating and it's on my iPhone but not on my Galaxy Z4 fold what is the issue I deleted the app reinstalled it and it's still not there

Hi there, @user_j2076i Glad you reached out, casting is one of my favorite features and I understand how frustrating this can be. No worries, we will get it figured out.

To cast, be sure you're connected to your in-home Xfinity network and not the network called xfinitywifi, which is a WiFi hotspot that guests (who are Xfinity Internet customers) can use, so you don't need to give out your password. If your modem or gateway is provided by Xfinity, the network name is usually on the side or bottom of the modem or gateway.

No that did not help at all I understand what you're saying but that's not the problem it's just not showing up on my Galaxy it works on my iPhone but not on my Galaxy it's just not there
