Channels disappeared on app
Missing 90% of channels on app today on both tv and ipad (local channels are gone too) Channel Refresh didn’t help and IT service has been useless (been disconnected multiple times then when get live person on the phone, they walk me through the same 50 steps and the say they have to escalate and the every time they transfer it disconnects). Paying for 250 channels and only getting Spanish channels and 50,000 hockey channels. Can’t access NBC sports app either bc of an access error. What’s going on?
