Channels disappeared on app

Missing 90% of channels on app today on both tv and ipad (local channels are gone too) Channel Refresh didn’t help and IT service has been useless (been disconnected multiple times then when get live person on the phone, they walk me through the same 50 steps and the say they have to escalate and the every time they transfer it disconnects). Paying for 250 channels and only getting Spanish channels and 50,000 hockey channels. Can’t access NBC sports app either bc of an access error. What’s going on?

@XfinityJoeB all my life channels are gone on the app I deleted and reinstalled nothing it only gives me some stupid music channel I never heard of I'm pissed

@user_256e7b So sorry about that! There are some known issues with missing channels with the Stream app in specific regions of the country. Let's check on your account.

Please select the chat icon in the top right-hand corner. Then search for Xfinity Support. Please make sure to provide your full name and service address.

I had that issue sometime in July and August, and they eventually got it fixed after I contacted support multiple times...however, it just came back again yesterday. It's super inconvenient, you would hope that they would have a created a way to quickly resolve and prevent this issue!
