Can't watched saved programs on my xfinity stream app. They won't open up

I have the Xfinity stream app and have watched dvr programs on the past ON MY CELL PHONE when I was not at home.  I now cannot watch them on my cell phone even if I am at home. The programs show up on my phone but when I access the watch feature, they just keep loading with the dots going back and forth.

We apologize you're having trouble with our Xfinity Stream app. I understand how frustrating that is, especially when it was working for you before. Let’s see if we can help get you back to enjoying your recordings!

A few things that can help resolve playback issues like this:

- Make sure your phone is connected to a strong, active internet connection (WiFi or cellular)

- Close our app completely and reopen it

- If that doesn’t help, try force-closing the app, wait a couple of minutes, then open it again

- Confirm the recording has fully finished before trying to watch it
