Can’t get NBC on xfinity stream

Error code TVAPP - 00116.   Buffers for a while then says “This Video Cannot Be Played.  We’ve run into a problem while streaming. Try Again.”  Then it attempts to resume and reverts to the same message. This only happens with NBC channel (that I know of); happening on Samsung TV with Roku and on iPad app.

Hello user_d743a2. We appreciate you visiting and posting on our Forums. I can assist with troubleshooting your Xfinity Stream Error with NBC. Have you yet tried to uninstall and reinstall the Xfinity Stream App?

how do i get NBC back onto my ROKU HiSense TV: ? The error message I get is:

CloudpathErrorAuthorizationNIP

If uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work, you should also be able to unlink and then relink your provider on the Roku. It may also be helpful to clear cache and cookies on whatever device you are using when you login, before you relink. Please let us know if that works!
