Can't cast to my new TCL smart T.V

.I can cast from my Xfinity stream mobile app to my 32" TCL smart t.v but not to my other 65" TCl t.v. why won't it recognize my other t.v? Ii am using the same wifi for both.

user_u1jfs0 - Absolutely. Please unplug the power cord for a minute or two, then plug it in once more. And, we'll want to power down the device you're using to cast. Turn both off for a few minutes, then back on. When both devices power on please try once more to see if it helps.
