Can't add favorites on firestick

I can not add favorite channels in the xfinity stream app on my firestick. Everything is up to date and I've tried all suggested ways to do this I could find. Is this an ongoing issue? Not a good look especially being my 3rd day as a new customer.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the “chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

Hi, @user_930946. It doesn't appear we posted a solution here. I definitely do apologize we didn't get this updated. Have you completed any troubleshooting steps thus far? If so, can you let us know what you've tried, then we can go from there.
