Can't Activate Peacock!
I am a Platinum member which includes the Peacock subscription, so I went to activate Peacock in My Account. I keep repeating the following without success. First, I claimed the Peacock subscription. It indicates the benefit is "Claimed" and can be activated. Then I went to My StreamStore to activate Peacock under subscription. After selecting the button "Activate now," it doesn't do anything. In fact, it kept on re-directing to the same page to "Activate now." There is no email or phone number to contact about this issue. Below are the images showing my steps: Step 1 - claiming Peacock, Step 2 - attempting to activate, and Step 3 - re-routing to the same page with No Activation.

Did this get resolved? I'm having the same issue, only when I get to "it's already active" the support link routes me to a VERY shady .eu website with a "support" option asking if I've made a payment recently.
I feel like Xfinity has been compromised and don't even know it, this could be a major liability.
