Cannot view channel content connected via wi fi from Argentina

Can navigate to a live TV show and to On Demand but neither displays program video or audio

It only works in the U.S. You would’ve needed to download movies/shows to a mobile device before leaving the country

I can't watch all of my live TV and/or Xfinity On Demand streaming when I'm traveling. Is there a problem?
... Streaming and downloading of content when outside of the United States is not allowed due to limitations on rights by content providers.
