Can only see settings and purchases on LG/Roku
I’m having an issue with the Xfinity stream beta app.
On both my LG OLED and Roku device, after I authorize the app I can only see the purchases and settings menus. Cannot access the main menu.
However on my iPhone the app works correctly and I can see the main menu.
I’ve spoken with two techs at Comcast on this issue, the first said it was a compatibility issue with my LG tv. (It looks to be supported based on the support site) , the second said that it is a requirement to have Xfinity internet access for these two devices to work. If that was the case I wouldn’t expect the app to work on my phone using the same verizon internet connection.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution?

Hello, Brpetty! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Xfinity Forums with your concerns about the Xfinity Stream beta app on your Roku.

But in short, you do need to have an Xfinity internet connection to use the Stream beta app on your Roku. This is a little different from the Stream app on your iPhone because that app is not in beta anymore and functions a little differently.
