Bravo freezes on dvr

As a hundred people have already said, bravo freezes but the audio keeps going on dvr around the 30-40 minute mark of a lot of bravo shows. Tried all troubleshooting recommendations, and it appears to be a problem on your end.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? We have had it for over two months and no resolution. Remote help was not able to resolve.

Please post publicly how to resolve this please. Everywhere I look online I see polite answers from xfininity customer service but no solutions.
