While streaming on my phone, after about 5 min my screen goes black and I have to restart. It seems to be timing out?

I am sorry to learn about this experience with your mobile screen going black and having to restart your phone whenever you stream. I always stream on my phone as well so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. We can help. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the black screen issue? Would you mind also confirming if you are experiencing this issue on multiple devices?
