Billing

I’ve been an Xfinity customer for over 20 years, and I’m extremely frustrated with the way my account has been handled recently.

I noticed that I’ve been charged for Paramount+ and Peacock Premium for many months without my knowledge or clear authorization. My bill has continued increasing for no valid reason, and this is completely unacceptable.

I want both services canceled immediately, and I expect to be credited for the unauthorized charges that have accumulated over the past several months.

As a Platinum customer and longtime loyal member, I expect significantly better customer service and transparency regarding billing changes. If this issue is not resolved properly, including appropriate credits to my account, I will seriously consider taking my services elsewhere.

Please confirm the cancellations and let me know what credit will be applied to my account.
