Hello, @weyuo! Thanks for creating a post with your audio concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you were having, and I'd love to see what we can do to help if you're still experiencing this. Here are the most effective steps to get your audio and video back in sync on your Android phone:

1. Clear the App Cache and Data
Over time, the app stores temporary files that can become corrupted, leading to playback lag.

- Go to your phone's Settings.

- Tap on Apps or Applications.

- Find and select Xfinity Stream.

- Tap Storage.

- Tap Clear Cache, then tap Clear Data (you will need to log back in after doing this).

2. Force Stop and Restart
Sometimes the app just needs a "hard" refresh to realign the audio and video streams.

- While in the Xfinity Stream app info page (from the step above), tap Force Stop.

- Reopen the app and try the video again.

3. Change Audio Settings (SAP/Stereo)
Sometimes the app defaults to a secondary audio track or a "surround" format that your phone's hardware is struggling to process in real-time.

- While playing a video, tap the screen to bring up the controls.

- Tap the speech bubble icon (Audio & Subtitles).

- If SAP is selected, switch it back to English or Stereo.

4. Check "Video Management" (Data Saver)
Android's built-in "Data Saver" or battery optimization can sometimes throttle the app's performance, causing the video to lag behind the audio.

- Go to Settings > Apps > Xfinity Stream.

- Tap Battery and ensure it is set to Unrestricted.

- Tap Mobile Data and ensure Allow background data usage is turned ON.

Quick Fixes to Try First:
- The "Back and Forth" Trick: Exit the current show back to the main menu and then resume it. This often forces the streams to re-handshake and sync up.

- Update the App: Check the Google Play Store to ensure you are on the latest version of Xfinity Stream.

- Toggle Wi-Fi: If you're on a weak Wi-Fi signal, the audio (which requires less data) may continue smoothly while the video (heavy data) lags. Try switching to mobile data (if available) to see if the sync improves.

And please let us know if this helps!
