Audio sync continues to fail.

I’ve read through numerous comments on this topic and yet there continues to be a lapse in responsibility.   Comcast blames Roku yet the issue is prevalent on several platforms.   
I do not think Comcast considers this a priority and dismisses the customers complaints.
