Audio not working on Xfinity App on IPhone 13 Pro Max

Audio not working on Xfinity App on the USA Channel. It will work for the first 10 minutes then stops during the rest of the show. Also it was a show that was recorded on the DVR. This has happened allot lately. Very recently. My broadband connection is fine and I’ve closed the app and opened up again. I’ve tried all that. Just wondering why I pay for the DVR if it’s not gonna even work.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon 
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

I’m having the same problem. None of my apps can play sound.
