Audio missing on one channel

Good Morning,  I am live streaming from Xfinity Beta on two different Roku stick devices in my home.  I lost the Audio on Channel 1008 WVLT, CBS on 08/19/19 on both TVs.  I contacted Roku and they walked me through updating the system, checking the connection, uninstalling Xfinity and reinstalling Xfinity.  With no luck, they suggested that I contact Xfinity.  After reading the other articles in this forum, I see that others have experience similar issues.  Any help is GREATLY appreciated.  As shown on the below threads, I to change the SAP button to Spanish EACH time to obtain audio.
