Attempting to resume message

Often times, when I’m watching recorded shows through my Roku on the app, the program stops and then I get a message that says “Attempting to resume…”. It never does and I’m never able to watch that recording ever again - it’s forever broken. What do I do?

Hello, @user_f2ow1d. Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Xfinity Stream App concerns on your Roku device. To confirm, are you able to find and watch the recording on any other device? Or is the issue only available on your Roku device? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
