Apple TV shows not playing
I am able to go to Apple TV but when I go to watch’s show it is unable to play. Not sure what is going on. It has been going on for the last few days now. Thank you for the help.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_37d35c! Are you having issues with the Xfinity Stream app on an Apple TV device or are having issues using the Apple TV+ app on an Xfinity X1 or Flex box?
