Apple TV missing DVR Recordings tile

I’m returning to Xfinity and new to the NOW package. I’ve downloaded the Stream app to my Apple TV but it’s missing the tiles for Recordings, Scheduled and Downloads that I see on the iPad and iPhone apps. If the Apple TV won’t show scheduled items or recordings I may as well cancel NOW. I’ve tried the app on the smart tv side of things and that doesn’t work at all.
